2nd Line Engineer – NHS – Inside IR35

I am currently looking for 2 experienced customer facing 2nd Line Support Engineers in North Yorkshire for an 8 week assignment. The role will be based onsite in Harrogate.

  • Good customer services skills
  • 2nd Line experience
  • Laptop configuration work
  • Telephone/remote support to the users at home by phone or PC remote control software.
  • Active Directory and Exchange account administration
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Microsoft Office XP, 2003, 2007, 2010
  • W10 and O365
  • Networking experience in WAN/LAN, VPN
  • Good communicator who can follow instructions remotely
