2nd Line Service Desk Engineer – INSIDE IR35 – 3-6 Months.

I am currently looking for an experienced customer facing 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer for an organisation in Sheffield. This is a 3-6 month assignment initially but is likely to extend. The role is site based in Sheffield.

Your role will be to provide remote and onsite 2nd line assistance, working with laptop and PC builds, understanding and experience of working and diagnosing problems with W10, MS Teams and Outlook, O365.

  • 2nd Line experience, Good customer services skills
  • PC builds, Laptop Deployment, Imaging, Software and systems setup
  • Laptop configuration work
  • Telephone/remote support to the users at home by phone or PC remote control software.
  • W10, MS Teams and Outlook, O365.
  • Active Directory and Exchange account administration
  • Microsoft Office XP, 2003, 2007, 2010
  • Networking experience in WAN/LAN, VPN
  • Good communicator who can follow instructions remotely
  • General Support
