Job Description

2nd Line Engineer - HOSPITAL BASED - Inside IR35

I am currently looking for an experienced customer facing 2nd Line Support Engineer in North Yorkshire for a 2-3 month assignment.

This contract will involve working in a hospital - you would only be expected to work in areas of the hospital classed as GREEN areas - which are areas free of any COVID patients. You will not be expected to enter or go near any RED areas. PPE will be provided. Your role will be to provide 2nd line assistance to staff on site.

  • Good customer services skills

  • 2nd Line experience

  • Must be comfortable working in a hospital

  • Laptop configuration work

  • Telephone/remote support to the users at home by phone or PC remote control software.

  • Active Directory and Exchange account administration

  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems

  • Microsoft Office XP, 2003, 2007, 2010

  • Networking experience in WAN/LAN, VPN

  • Good communicator who can follow instructions remotely
