2nd line, Engineer, Microsoft, INSIDE IR35
2nd line Support Engineer. I am currently looking for an experienced customer facing 2nd line Support Engineer in North Yorkshire for a 3 month assignment. You will be part of the Infrastructure Operations team and must have 3+ years' experience in a large Real Time IT support environment.
Good customer services skills
Experience working on a busy ICT Service Desk
Laptop configuration work
Telephone/remote support to the users at home by phone or PC remote control software.
Active Directory and Exchange account administration
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Microsoft Office XP, 2003, 2007, 2010
Networking experience in WAN/LAN, VPN
Good communicator who can follow instructions remotely
