My client is looking for a 2nd/3rd Line support engineer to join their team on an initial 8 month contract in Sheffield.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background within service desk teams that has since moved onto support teams and is now looking to showcase their ability of performing 2nd and 3rd line tasks to a high standard.
As we are looking for someone that will be able to hit the ground running the following knowledge and experience is required to be considered for the role;
2nd & 3rd Line support
working to deadlines
Working within ITIL environments and standards
exchange and office 365 experience
- Powershell (nice to have)
