Application Analyst / Support Analyst / Sheffield / £25,000 - 35,000 plus + extensive benefits package
Access IT Recruitment are working with a client who are seeking a 2nd Line Application Analyst who will be responsible for supporting CRM, Finance, HR and Procurement applications.
Their IT department is growing rapidly, and the role offers the chance to be exposed to a variety of different technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Access Dimensions, Salesforce, Azure and SQL to name a few.
Experience with all the technologies listed above isn't essential. Candidates who have previous experience in 2nd Line Support involving any industry leading packaged or SaaS applications will be considered.
You will be interacting with business stakeholders and external vendors; therefore, excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Ticket Management Tools would also be desirable.
