I am recruiting for an Application Support Manager to be based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.
This role is working within the public sector and does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
You will provide specialist IS support (2nd /3rd line) to maintain all of the clients Information Systems ensuring minute by minute availability of these systems. This role specifically specialises in the support of CRM delivered using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You must have experience of D365.
You will maintain service levels for operational support and overall system availability, focusing on CRM.
You will be a subject matter expert (SME) of CRM services underpinned by MS Dynamics 365 both on a technical and customer process point of view.
You will also maintain security of CRM and it's data to ensure continued business operation and compliance.
