I am working with a household name in Nottingham to find them a CRM Insight Analyst to deep dive into their data. If you are inquisitive and naturally curious about customer behaviour then this will be a great fit for you.
You will be involved in interpeting data, summarising and translating insight into actionable points and then explaining it clearly to relevant internal stakeholders.
This role is massively important so my client can understand customer behaviour, campaign performance and to drive marketing decisions.
It would be helpful if you had some of the following skills and experience: -
Proficient in SQL and Excel.
Some experience of coding language (SAS, R, Python or SPSS etc...)
Experience using Qlikview or Tableau.
An understanding of Google Analytics (Cost Per Acquisiton & Cost Per Click).
Experience with CRM Systems.
