I am recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst to be based in Edinburgh.
You will be expected to perform in-depth diagnostic work in order to help users resolve various technical issues. You will address issues from systems management troubleshooting and solving issues with related hardware and software components.
You will support internal user workstations, peripherals, phones and PDAs and maintain and repair, through troubleshooting and component replacement, workstations and peripheral devices.
You will have a number of years of end user support in a Windows environment.
Solid Windows 7/10 OS support experience and Microsoft Office 2010/2016 support experience.
Desktop OS imaging (MS RIS, etc.) and Asset Management experience.
You will be competent with remote/VPN connectivity and also with workstation network connectivity and have expert network printer troubleshooting.
