I am recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst to be based in Bracknell.
You must have worked on a number of projects as a Desktop Support Analyst and be comfortable in this role.
You will have experience of dealing with people face to face and resolving their issues.
You must have experience with ServiceNow.
The role will mainly be dealing with user issues, logging tickets and ordering equipment.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
