Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / AX Support Consultant / Nottingham based with some UK Travel

Access IT Recruitment are working with a client whose Microsoft Dynamics practice is the fastest growing area of the business due to significant investment.

I'm seeking a Dynamics 365FO / AX Support Consultant to join the companies Dynamics support team who provide financial and technical support and enhancements to customers and prospects. This is more than your standard support role where you will be involved at all stages of projects. This could involve site visits to work with clients to understand the issues they are facing and provide solutions to overcome these and providing training to end users when required.

This is a good opportunity to join a global Microsoft partner who are continuing to grow their Dynamics capability within the UK. The position would suit candidates who wish to make an impact quickly and work with the latest business technologies from Microsoft.

The company will help you build and increase your knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O / AX on a technical and functional level, using the Dynamics learning portal to gain knowledge and accreditations.

Role outline

  • As AX Support Consultant you will provide tech and financial support to existing implementations of 365 F&O to customers

  • Work with clients to understand the current challenges faced and provide solution/resolution action plan to address, both remotely and on-site when required

  • Work closely with Project teams to provide assistance and resolution to tech issues during implementations

  • Work on tech support requests logged by the Support Desk in the UK and US

  • Assist Developers to implement change and write functional design documents

  • Contribute to the continued development of processes within the Dynamics support function and collaborate on the development of internal systems
