I am recruiting for a HR Business Partner to be based in Glasgow.
You will support the HR Consultants who work with pursuit teams to shape and influence the people solution to ensure revenue and profit goals are achieved through deal value attainment, particularly as it relates to TUPE/ARD implications (i.e. risks associated with the HR solution).
You will also provide leadership and direction on the HR components of services sales opportunities.
You must have strong prior HR Business Partner and ARD/TUPE in and out experience - this is essential.
Experience with creating measures statements is also required.
