I am recruiting for a number of IT Service Desk Analysts to be based in Sheffield.
You will provide effective technical support and high levels of customer service.
The role will involve handling and resolving desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and basic network/server troubleshooting with administration.
You will be required to communicate effectively with the client and manage technical queries in line with client standards and customer specific SLA's.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar technical role.
You will have experience of IT support including Office 365, Exchange 2013, Windows 10, Active Directory, Mac OS and Apple iOS.
You must also have the ability to explain technical issues simply to end users.
