I am recruiting for a Major Incident Manager to be based in London.
You will have a broad technical knowledge/background and the ability to understand the impacts of incidents on the service to our end users.
You will also have the ability to co-ordinate technical, incident and supplier side teams to ensure that all incidents are accurately prioritised and effectively manage.
You must have extensive experience of managing major incidents especially those that have a significant cross service impact, including how to influence technical teams not under your direct control.
ITIL expertise is required.
You will have a solid technical understanding which has covered desktop and service desk.
You must also have experience to identify early indications of major incidents not progressing well and the skill to engage the right teams to get them on track.
If selected for interview you will be required to undertake a basic criminal records check.
