Job Description

I am recruiting for a Portfolio Management Office Specialist to be based in London.

This role is within the public sector and does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

The PMO Specialist will work closely with the Head of Central Portfolio Office to set up the cross-departmental PMO arrangements, identifying business requirements and implementation new PMO products, processes and delivery arrangements were required.

You will be responsible for implementing effective portfolios management arrangements including establishing portfolio structures, identifying dependencies and risk, mapping benefits and ensuring the smooth running of the portfolio board meetings.

You must have significant experience of portfolio and programme management with a proven track record of successfully delivery and experience of embedding new processes, products and procedures within large organisations.

Experience of managing relationships across a large and complex programme of activity and experience of working within a structured project management framework is also required.

If seleccted for interview you will be required to undertake CTC Clearance if not already cleared.
