Product Manager / Cyber Security / £45,000 – 55,000 per annum
Access IT & Digital Talent are partnering with a security services business who are seeking a Product Manager to assist with the direction of the products and services they offer.
The Product Management team work with senior leadership, the wider operations, projects, and delivery teams within the business to build on existing products and services as well as developing new offerings based on new ideas, customer demands and market trends.
You will work with Operations teams and Architects to define product release requirements, and influence key design decisions. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working with the sales channel and key customers to ensure market success.
The role can either be based in Leeds or Hampshire and post pandemic there will be a mixture of office and remote work.
Managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, working collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Senior Management.
Specifying and communicating customer and project requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Driving a solution set across global teams (primarily Operations, Marketing and Sales) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
Working for the Product Management function to develop and implement company-wide go-to-market plans, working with all departments to execute these plans.
Contribute to Product Strategy by contributing to the overall success of the product
Analysing potential partner relationships for new products and services.
Ownership of Product performance analysis and management including P&L analysis.
Maintenance of Product Management resources to ensure good internal communications flow of product strategy and activities to internal and external stakeholders.
Regular liaison with sales teams to communicate what and how to communicate product propositions.
Regular liaison with Solution Architects to ensure products and services present coherent solutions that can be delivered profitably.
Maintenance and communication of external roadmap with internal and external stakeholders.
Attendance at customer review calls to present the product roadmap.
Working with the project management teams to ensure all project activities and artefacts are in place for product launches.
The ideal candidate will have experience of product management best practices and techniques and be familiar with Cyber Security / Security Operations based products and services.
