I am recruiting for a Production Support Analyst to be based in London.
This role is within the banking sector so you must have worked within a bank previously.
You will be able to create user documentation for applications and processes, create runbooks for faster issue resolution and debug code and determine where changes need to be made to resolve root causes.
You will also manage support tickets to track recurring issues and support cost, perform start of day checks to ensure that systems are operational before the trading day starts and use tools to execute configuration changes, modify production data and entitle users to applications.
You must have experience of executing BCPs to ensure that backup plans are up to date.
You will have a number of years experience of support and incident management.
You must also have the ability to read and debug code (Java/C++/Python).
