I have a belting opportunity for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join a fully remote Engineering team. You would be working on applications which are used within healthcare globally. The business has been built around remote working and has worked this way for some time.

The application is built on Ruby on Rails and you will need to be really familiar with Active Record. This is a really meaty project as they are actually looking at re-engineering their code base. You will not be doing bug fixes or smaller pieces; you will really be able to get your teeth stuck in to your work.

They have a really collaborative team where everyone is empowered to have their say in stand ups etc. Although the team is based all over the country they have created a really close knit team who actually like working with each other.

This is a remote role…. the only catch is that you pop along to the London Office once every 3-4 weeks. Any travel costs are covered by the company so you wont actually have any commuter costs at all. You will also be given access to any published training material you want, you may want to look at a different programming language, maybe you have interest in exploring DevOps culture its up to you, there are no restrictions.

The interview process will be completely remote; an initial chat followed by a technical Zoom call. As I have mentioned they are built around remote working rather than having to adapt to it. If you would like to find out more about this role please apply with your CV an we can arrange a chat.
