I am recruiting for a Security Transition Manager to be based in London.
This role is working for the public sector and does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
As the Security Transition Manager you will report to the Senior Security Advisor, and will be responsible for transitioning people, assets and processes currently working within the Departments Security Team to the newly formed security Cluster Unit.
You will also assist in bringing into operation new security policies and practices as required by the Cluster Unit.
You will establish relevant transitional & business change management plans and documentation required for the effective transition of security services to the Cluster Unit.
You will also support the Senior Security Advisor in developing a future target operating model ('as is' and 'to be' states).
Monitoring the stability of the transition process, including acceptable levels of performance (deterioration) whilst changes are embedded and establishing effective reporting and ensure timely remedial action is taken where appropriate will also be part of the role.
You will ideally have current SC clearance or at least be eligible for clearance, this must be in place prior to starting the role.
The deadline for candidate submission is Wednesday 06/02/19 at 11am.
