I am recruiting for a highly experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support to internal customers within a mainly Windows (but with some MAC) environment.
You will have very good all round technical knowledge, with extensive experience and knowledge supporting Windows (and MAC users) on a BAU basis.
You must have 1st and some 2nd line experience and be able to hit the ground running.
Skills in ServiceNow is essential.
You must have previously worked on a busy service desk within an ITIL environment.
Windows 7 and Windows 10 is essential, as is Mac and Office365.
