Job Description

I am looking to speak with Service Desk analysts to take on an initial 6 month contract for my public sector client based in Essex.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Recent Windows 7/10 desktop support environments

  • Experience supporting varied range of applications and hardware types

  • Server support experience at a technical level

  • Experience in an IT Infrastructure or Network support team

  • Commercial exposure using the LANDesk Service Desk service management toolset

  • An advanced recognised Industry Standard qualification in IT to degree or equivalent level qualification or relevant experience i.e. Microsoft or Cisco certification

The role provides a rate up to a maximum of £122.50 per day and does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
