I am looking to speak with Service Desk analysts to take on an initial 6 month contract for my public sector client based in Essex.
The successful candidate will have:
Recent Windows 7/10 desktop support environments
Experience supporting varied range of applications and hardware types
Server support experience at a technical level
Experience in an IT Infrastructure or Network support team
Commercial exposure using the LANDesk Service Desk service management toolset
An advanced recognised Industry Standard qualification in IT to degree or equivalent level qualification or relevant experience i.e. Microsoft or Cisco certification
The role provides a rate up to a maximum of £122.50 per day and does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
