Job Description

I am recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to be based in Oxford.

This role does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

The project is migrating all systems form Windows 7 to Windows 10.

You will act as the first line support and primary contact, providing technical support to internal customers migrating from a WIN 7 to WIN 10 environment both during and after the upgrade process.

Some of the role will be building machines and taking them to various sites within the UK, so you must be mobile and have your own transport.

You must have experience in migrating systems and have gained experience on working on a service desk.

You must have been involved with technical support remotely and face to face.

A great knowledge of Win7 and Win10 is essential, as is experience of SCCM.
