Support Analyst - Sheffield - £20-23k + on call

The Catch (your end of the bargain)
You'll be working as part of a small and close-knit team, providing B2B support to an ever-growing list of customers in the UK and abroad. As part of the role you will get to build close relationships with the customers and get to know them and their business needs. You'll take a pro-active approach in understanding the customer's problem whilst taking ownership of technical issues, and work closely with developers where necessary to resolve more technical problems.
