Job Description

1st Line / Office 365

I'm on the look out for strong 1st Line / Service Desk Analysts, for an initial 1 Month period ... likely to be extended.

Office 365 is due to be migrated over to 1'400 users in the coming weeks - with this in mind, I need people who have got commercial experience, on a service desk, handling and managing calls within an office 365 rollout environment ... dealing with password resets etc.
