I am recruiting for a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to be based in Sheffield.
You will have current or recent experience of working on a busy helpdesk or within 1st line support.
You will be the first point of contact for client queries over the phone and email.
You must have experience of VMWare & Microsoft Products.
You will also have experience of working with Cloud technologies/services.
