Job Description

1st Line Engineer required in Central Leeds

You will be required to:

Cover early (8am) and late (5:30pm) on a rota basis (7.5 hours per day) Monday - Friday

Tasks you will undertake:

  • First line service Desk tasks including:
  • Answering the telephone and logging calls
  • Logging calls from users visits to the Service Desk
  • Undertaking first line tasks and second line request where required

Skills they MUST possess

  • Good customer services skills
  • Experience working on a busy ICT Service Desk
  • Good First Line desktop technical skills
