I am recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to be based in London on a 3-6 month contract.
This role is based on a customer site as part of a small team providing second line support for Desktop/Laptop computers, applications, and related technology. Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines.
Proven Experience in supporting computer hardware in a 2nd line capacity is essential.
You must also have experience of Mobile Devices such as IPhone and Android.
IMAC request expertise is also essential.
You must have worked within the financial services / banking industry.
