2nd line, Engineer, Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL
2nd line Support Engineer, Service Desk, ITIL. I am currently looking for an experience 2nd line Support Engineer in Eastbourne for a 11 month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years experience working in a large Real Time IT support environment.
- Skills include
- Active Directory account administration
- Exchange Working
- knowledge of Windows XP, Vista and 7 operating systems
- Microsoft Office XP, 2003, 2007, 2010
- some Networking experience in WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Windows Server ITIL framework Configuration
- Cisco & Microsoft certifications will be advantageous
