2nd line support engineer / Service Desk analyst. I require an experience 2nd Line Support Engineer for a 6 months assignment in central London. You will be part of the Infrastructure Operations team and must have 3/5 years experience working within a similar environment, ideally professional or financial services.
- Good customer service and communication skills as there will be an emphasis on coordinating resolution activities with fellow ITS teams and business users
- AD and Exchange
- Windows environment
- Administrative and troubleshooting experience for Windows 2008 and 2012 server estate
- Proficient in use of SCOM and Solarwinds system monitoring tools
- Lotus Notes knowledge (preferred but not essential)
- Understanding of service management disciplines.
