I am recruiting for a 3rd Line Support Analyst to be based in Sheffield.
You will work as part of the team to support, deliver and co-ordinate change across the Windows Client self-service environment.
You must have solid experience in 3rd level Windows support troubleshooting and infrastructure support.
You will have working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7,8.1 and 10) and also Microsoft Technologies including AD, SCCM.
You must have some experience of access control tools.
Scripting/programming knowledge preferred using VB and/or Powershell
