I am recruiting for an Application Support Specialist to be based in London.
As an Application Support Specialist you will work within a large multidisciplinary agile team, supporting and continuously improving products of significant scale and complexity.
You must have a solid background in Application Support.
You will process Incidents received from Service Desk, or other agreed process, fulfil customer service requests from the Service Catalogue, perform proactive checking & maintenance, and take remedial action based on those checks, work closely with third party suppliers to ensure resolution of incidents or delivery of required amendments.
You will also apply service updates & patches developed by third party suppliers and perform investigative activities such as interrogating log files.
If selected for interview you will be required to apply for a Disclosure Scotland.
