CONTRACT - Business & Performance Lead - NHS - South East/London - 3 Months - Administration
I am currently looking for an interim Business & Performance Lead to work for an NHS Trust in the South East.
The role of the business office is to support the Service Director, Clinical Director and senior team in the delivery of the core business of the Directorate. The post will support the strategic growth of the service through tendering opportunities and pathway development with external parties. The post holder will utilise a range of management information to improve the business planning process and to ensure that existing services meet both local, trust and sector wide performance indicators. In addition the post holder will manage a portfolio of contracts and lead in performance monitoring meetings with commissioners. I'm looking for strong administration skills, along with ideal NHS experience.
The post contributes to the development of strong contractual relationships across health and social care organisations and will lead a team providing sensitive and commercial information to commissioners.
The post holder will be required to work closely with colleagues in Informatics and take a lead in the regular undertaking of detailed and complex audits and surveys and establishing work streams to address data quality and activity issues.
