I am working with a market leading media and publishing company in Bradford to help find a Delivery Lead to join the team.
The Delivery Lead is a senior role that creates and maintains the framework in which technology projects and programmes can be successfully implemented. This includes supporting the definition and delivery of the project portfolio, and working closely with Scrum teams to enable agile delivery to scale. In addition, the Delivery Lead will directly manage strategic programmes and provide management and support to project managers, testing and the CRM / SQL implementation team.
If you have the following knowledge, then you will have the opportunity to lead a programme of change projects: -
Extensive experience of leading large scale, multi-stream technology programmes, including customer facing and internal business systems
Knowledge and expertise shaping programmes and projects using a variety of delivery frameworks, methodologies and tools
Agile principles and direct practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
ERP solution implementation experience, particularly CRM and Accounting
Experience of scaling agile across multiple business areas
Lean development approaches, including prototyping
DevOps principles, including tools, processes (including continuous integration, testing and delivery) and culture
