I am recruiting for a Desktop Engineer to be based in London.
This role is based on a customer site as part of a small team providing second line support for Desktop/Laptop computers, applications, and related technology. Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines.
You must have worked as a Desktop Support Analyst and have strong skills in 2nd Line Support.
You will assist customers with the installation, configuration, and support of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
You will perform 2nd line hardware diagnostics and have a specialised knowledge to analyse and solve complex problems.
You will have experience of completing IMAC requests.
