I am recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst to be based in Edinburgh.
You will install and support both hardware and software components for user groups and perform preventive maintenance, test and repair of equipment.
You will also evaluate system configuration and software to ensure effective use of hardware resources and address and resolves hardware, software and customer issues.
You will have worked in a number of roles responsible for end user support in a Windows environment.
Solid Windows 7/10 OS support experience and Microsoft Office 2010/2016 support experience is essential.
You must have experience of Desktop OS imaging (MS RIS, etc.) and also Asset Management.
You will be competent with remote/VPN connectivity.
