I am recruiting for a couple of roles within facilities management.
You will be working on detail with FM Ops team on data collection and library creation and will also act as hard FM services/statutory compliance Q&A lead for the project during clarification phase.
You will assist Senior FM Lead on detail of evaluation process and train/brief FM Team for panel.
You will have experience of tendering for hard services (maintenance & small works) FM contracts, or working on client side tenders.
You will also be familiar with developing/running specifications, which drive service improvement and be experienced in reviewing and/or developing documents for the Invitation-To-Tender (ITT) for a large FM contract.
If selected for interview you will be required to apply for a basic criminal records check.
