Service Desk Analyst - Sheffield - £20,000 p.a. - 3 month Fixed Term Contract
I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to work for a leading law firm based in central Sheffield. The role will involve 1st/2nd Line calls and as such previous helpdesk experience ideally within a legal setting is essential to the role.
- Provide 1st/2nd Line support to end users via Telephone/Email/remote control software
- Adhere to agreed SLA's / resolution times
- Act as a single point of contact for issues through to resolution
- Previous Service Desk experience ideally within a legal environment
- Strong troubleshooting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical skills;
- Microsoft Operating Systems, XP, Vista, 7
- Microsoft Office 2010
- Active Directory
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a legal practice within Sheffield initially on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract
