ICT Helpdesk Technician for 2 Months starting ASAP
First line service Desk tasks including:
- Answering the telephone and logging calls
- Logging calls from users visits to the Service Desk
- Undertaking first line tasks where required
Skills they MUST possess
- Good customer services skills and telephone manner
- Experience working on a busy ICT Service Desk
- Good First Line desktop technical skills (advantageous)
This role is to start on Monday 25th September.
Rate: £14 - £16ph
