IT Resource Manager - salary negotiable dependant on experience
As Resource Manager you will b responsible for IT technical resource into the Service Delivery team and liaise with internal and external stakeholders and as such must have excellent communication skills at all levels
In order to be considered it is essential you have the following skills knowledge and experience:
ITIL Foundation v3
Liaising with and influencing stakeholders
Able to convey detailed information to the business and IT function at all levels of ability
Analytical mind to understand complex data to explain information back to the business ·
High level organisational and planning competencies
Proven experience of managing IT Technical Resources.
Day to day duties will include:
The development and implementation of an effective and robust Resource Management process.
Analytical and administrative support.
Forecasting and planning further demands.
The development and implementation of risk assessments and contingency plans.
Implement and manage a Resource Management and Prioritisation Model.
Management of escalations or resource conflicts by proactively engaging all impacted stakeholders and driving issues to resolution.
Development and communication of resource MI.
Providing support to stakeholders to ensure their objectives are met when internal or external resources are utilised.
Fostering a continuous method of improvement to ensure the IT function is working to maximise all resources effectively.
