Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant x2 / Nottingham / £25,000 - 30,000 per annum + Microsoft training / accreditation

Access IT recruitment are working with an organisation who's Dynamics 365 team is a fast-growing practice who's aim is to be a leading provider of Dynamics support and consultancy services to high-growth businesses and selected parts of the government sector.

Examples of some of the companies recent projects include cloud ERP implementations for a global recruitment provider, online retailer, media firm, IT strategies for an automotive dealership, a housing association and a NDPB, IT outsourcing assistance for a consulting firm and IT due diligence.

I'm keen to speak with candidates who want to fast-track their careers in a Microsoft Dynamics Practice and who have a desire to work with the latest technologies such as Dynamics 365. You will have the ability to make a real impact in a dynamic team and benefit from exciting career development opportunities.

Ideally you will have experience of supporting Dynamics/Microsoft applications and you will want to learn more and work your way through the Dynamics learning portal to develop your skills. You will need to be comfortable capturing requirements in front of a group of users and feeding back challenges/queries to them.

Core Services

  • Scoping and providing Proof of Concept Solutions

  • Discovery and Analysis workshops with clients

  • Design workshops with clients

  • Producing and managing requirements and design documentation

  • Development of Production System

  • Assisting with testing and QA

  • Supporting clients through go live

  • Business intelligence services including PowerBI

  • Post go-live Support & Professional Services via Service Desk team

  • Customer Success management

Skills / Experience required

  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in implementing and/or supporting Dynamics or a similar solution either in a supplier role or as a client;

  • Collecting requirements of users and documenting them;

  • Configuring the system for feedback sessions so users can see functional changes;

  • Ongoing understanding of Microsoft Technologies.
