Project Administrator, Project support. I am currently looking for an experienced Project Administraor for a 6 month assignment in the East Midlands. You will be involved in the running of a busy and growing Programme Office and will be expected to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years plus experience working in this kind of environment and will be involved in multiple workstreams.
The role involves.
- Assisting Programme and Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects
- Strong Administration and Organisational skills.
- Portfolio, Programme and Project Administration support services.
- Maintaining and analysing risk & issue logs
- Co-ordination and writing up of reports, minute taking, meeting cordination
- Dealing with stakeholders upto Executive and Director level,
- Experience of MS Project (Web App), MS Office, Prince II or APM.
