I am recruiting for a number of Service Desk Analysts with strong experience of providing 1st line and technical support.
You will be the first point of call for all customer service requests and fault resolutions. You must have worked in a similar position.
You must be ITIL Foundation certified.
You will also be MTA or Comptia A+ certified.
You must have worked within a military organisation.
If selected for interview you will be required to apply for a Disclosure Scotland. This role will also require you to undertake DV Clearance.
