Job Description

1st line Service Desk Analyst, ITIL. I am currently looking for an experienced 1st line Support Engineer in Bolton to work for a leading IT Services organisation on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years' experience working in a large Real Time IT support environment. Skills include; Active Directory account administration Exchange Working knowledge of Windows XP, Vista and 7 operating systems Microsoft Office XP, 2003, 2007, 2010, some Networking experience in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP Windows Server ITIL framework.
