CONTRACT - Service Desk Analyst - Leeds - Help Desk/1st Line Support - 3 Months +

ICT Service Desk Analyst for 3 Months starting ASAP

They will be required to:

  • Cover early (8am) and late (5:30pm) on a rota basis (7.5 hours per day) Monday - Friday

Tasks they will undertake:

First line service Desk tasks including:

  • Answering the telephone and logging calls

  • Logging calls from users visits to the Service Desk

  • Undertaking first line tasks and second line request where required

Skills they MUST possess

  • Good customer services skills

  • Experience working on a busy ICT Service Desk

  • Good First Line desktop technical skills
