Service Desk Analyst
I'm working with a Public Sector Organisation in Central London, helping them in their search for a Service Desk Analyst, for an initial 3 Month period.
The successful Candidate must be a good communicator and have the ability to translate their Tech knowledge into action and direction. You'll need to provide 1st & 2nd line support and administration including troubleshooting of IT problems for - software to hardware, such as mobile phones, laptops, PCs, printers, and basic network issues.
You must have experience of TCP/IP networks & microsoft based operating systems, enterprise applications & desktop applications - this is both on-premise & in the cloud.
