Job Description

I am recruiting for a Service Improvement / Knowledge Manager to be based in Northampton.

This role does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella for the duration of the contract.

You will be responsible for supporting local CCGs to ensure that the performance management of acute, mental health and community providers in their area meets the needs of their patients. This will involve working as part of functional and multidisciplinary teams to maximise performance within the constraints and flexibilities of evolving and changing national guidance.

You MUST have worked for the NHS and have excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.

You will ensure that providers develop and implement robust improvement plans to deal with performance issues in a timely and effective way, instituting escalation processes where remedial action is not delivered to the required timescales .

You will also work with system stakeholders to understand the performance impact on providers of wider system issues and advise and recommend improvements based on recognised best practice.
