Job Description

Seeking a Service Manager for a 6 Month position in Central Manchester.

Specific skills & experience required for this role:

- Understanding of ITIL and underpinning processes

- management of service interruptions and incident escalations
- problem management
- relationship management and development
- liaison with third parties and vendors (including understanding commercial relationships)
- change request management
- developing SLAs
- working to SLAs

- developing underpinning Operational Level Agreements
- service reporting
- service reviews

- preparing reports
- knowledge base management
- management of the service catalogue
- ensuring high customer satisfaction
- management of the Service Management catalogues
