Job Description

I am recruiting for a Technical Service Delivery Manager to be based in Croydon.

This is a management role that needs strong ITIL service management skills and a good understanding of DevOps and Applications Management within production level 2 support.

It isn't a development role, but a person with an appreciation of development and OAT in a DevOps space.

You will lead and manage the service team and their workload across the assigned portfolio.

You must demonstrate a good operational understanding across the range of technologies, including knowledge of Redhat Enterprise Linux, Oracle, Apache, SQL, Puppet and ServiceNow.

If selected for interview you will be required to apply for a Disclosure Scotland. This role also requires you to be eligible to undertake SC Clearance.
