Job Description

I am recruiting for a number of Technical Support Analysts to be based in Cambridge.

This role is based on-site within a school environment, the position assists teaching staff with technical support of Desktop/Laptop computers, applications, and related technology.

Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines.

You will be experienced in support for all desktop and laptop devices, functionality and hardware support plus network connectivity (NIC's) (trolleys included) (Windows 7), support for all presentation devices (projectors, white boards etc), support for Printers/Scanners, 1st line, escalation to 3rd party vendors and support for Local software (Windows, MS Office, school applications,[ library software, catering software etc.])

You MUST have a current CRB.

You will ideally have worked within local government.
